The Chris-Craft Launch 28 GT is a 28-foot luxury bowrider that blends classic Chris-Craft styling with modern performance and versatility. Measuring 8.8 m in length with a 2.6 m beam, it presents a deep‑V hull with 22° deadrise for a confident, composed ride. Owners can tailor the look and feel through Standard, Heritage Trim, or full Heritage Edition packages, adding varying levels of genuine teak to the bow, covering boards, helm footrest, floor, and swim platform.
On deck, the Launch 28 GT is designed around active days on the water. In the bow, plush forward-facing loungers with fold-up armrests and integrated headrests create a relaxed, social space with ample finished storage under seats and behind backrests. In the cockpit, L-shaped seating and a large aft sunpad with an adjustable backrest allow you to configure the boat for cruising, conversation, or sunbathing; on outboard models, the sunpad base also conceals a generous hydraulically lifted storage compartment.
For watersports and all‑day cruising, the Launch 28 GT offers a choice of tops—bimini, GT power-folding top, or custom-painted GT hardtop—plus Seakeeper Ride vessel attitude control on sterndrive and outboard models for a more level, stable ride. Power options span multiple Mercury and Volvo V8 petrol sterndrives up to 430 hp, Mercury Verado V10 outboards up to 400 hp, and a dedicated Wake Surf Edition using a Volvo Forward Drive V8 5.3L 350 hp with ballast and surf tabs for optimized wakes. A portside head compartment with solid-surface countertop, sink, and LED lighting, along with available cockpit galley, premium audio, and thoughtful storage throughout, ensures the Launch 28 GT is as practical and comfortable as it is striking.
